Hi! I’m Jeni Lynn. And I didn’t come to this work from the outside.

I came from inside the experience — from eighteen months of profound personal challenge that didn’t just break my heart but settled into my nervous system, my spine, my sleep, my mornings.

I was a wife, a mother, a teacher, an instructional coach, an administrator. I spent years pouring everything I had into the people I loved - my spouse, my kids, students, teachers, and staff. I was strong. I was capable. I could carry almost anything.

Until my body finally said: No more.

Family trauma, work transitions, a cervical disc herniation, burning nerve pain, sleepless nights — all arrived together. I developed debilitating chronic pain.

But my body wasn’t failing me. It was telling the truth that I hadn’t been willing to hear.

That truth was simple: While I was very good at caring for others, I had no concept of taking care of myself. And I had been trying to help others from a place of depletion for years.

The Turning Point

The MELT Method found me at exactly the right moment. I purchased the tools and tried desperately to keep up with the online videos. When I found the official instructor training on sale, I immediately enrolled. But life was still going too fast. I came to a point where I had to take medical leave because of the pain, and I was facing the possibility of spinal surgery. Once at home, I dove into the instructor training not because I was ready but because I had paid for it — and didn’t want to lose the money.

What happened changed everything.

Slowly, through gentle compression and release, through learning to listen to my body instead of demanding its compliance, I began to heal. My hands grew steadier. My sleep deepened. The tension I had been carrying began, at last, to release.

That experience changed everything about what and why I wanted to teach.

What I Believe

Healing doesn’t begin with force. It begins with presence.

You cannot push your nervous system into regulation. You cannot demand your connective tissue to release. You cannot fix your way into peace.

But you can — gently, consistently, with the right tools — create the conditions for your body to remember what it already knows.

I am a certified MELT Hand & Foot Instructor, a trained cognitive coach, a student of A Course in Miracles, and a woman who is still learning — every single day — how to live the truth I teach.

I am not here to rescue you.

I am here to witness what is already whole in you and reflect it back until you can see it in yourself.
